Don’t underestimate how beneficial and fun the real stairs can be. Incorporating several walks (or jogs if you are a pro!) up and down the stairs each day can really add up and have similar benefits to those of one or more full workouts.
Your heart, gluts and waistline will thank you. Stair climbing enhances blood flow to all areas of the body and boosts the immune system. It also prompts the release of endorphins, which results in less tension and stress. So skip the elevator and ditch the StairMaster from time to time.

In this workout, I am turning the real stairs into a gym! I am doing the exercises in 4-inch tall stilettos. You can do them in any kind of comfortable shoes, even while you are at the office, to add some more movement into your day.
BONUS: Stair climbing can have some positive impact on your social life too (lol), which is also an important factor for overall wellness. You never know who you can meet on that real stairs stroll – the new neighbor, your next boss or an intriguing stranger.
