I can’t be happier that one of my top favorite pieces of clothing is a major fashion trend this season. Yes, I am talking about the cami top.
Interestingly enough, despite the fact that it is not one of the first clothing pieces that come to mind when you think of autumnal or wintry weather, it morphed into a fashion trend right ahead of the fall and winter season.
That elevates the cami to a whole new fashion hight,
as its styling options are being multiplied. Camis are probably one of the most flattering go-to pieces that every girl has in her closet and throws on with a pair of ripped jeans, a denim skirt or shorts for a casual outing, or dresses up with a more sophisticated bottom and perhaps her favorite heels for a more formal dinner party.
No matter how you style it, you just can’t go wrong with a cami — even if you decide to take your pijamas one out of bed for the day and bring it back into your bedroom at night. That’s another reason why I love them so much — when it comes to camis, the lines between comfort, style, trendiness and timelessness are blurry.
Have you tried these…
This fall and winter season open a whole new realm of styling possibilities,
as we see camis being pared with anything from blazers to fluffy cardigans, and even bomber jackets and coats. You can wear your favorite cami even on top of a T-Shirt or a blouse and you’ll be one of the trendiest gals on the street.
Camis add a soft touch of femininity to the chunky colder weather outfits, making us feel cozy and delicate even when we have to wear tons of layers to keep us warm.
The ones with lacy details are currently the favorite variation this season, but a more simple classic styles can also be a great addition to any professional suit or structured jacket.
The bottom line is, camis are a great evergreen classic that you can wear any season– hot or cold; dress up or down; and pair literally with any piece of clothing.
