I am a strong believer that starting the day right can have a huge impact on how the day unfolds. Taking a few minutes in the morning to sort out your feelings and set your top priorities can make a huge difference in how productive you will be, it could lower the stress of endless To Do lists and can even help you enjoy more all the tasks you have to tackle that day.
While everyone has a slightly different morning routine that is based on what works for them specifically, I have found over the years that certain things can help anyone to prime their mind in the morning for a successful day free of stress.
I am sharing below 3 things that have proven to be life-changing for me and hope they’ll be helpful for you too. Here they are:
#1: Write Down Your Top 3 Goals For The Day
By taking a moment to decide what are the main 3 things you would like to accomplish today, you send a message to your brain guiding it what to focus on without wasting time and energy on things that are not that important. This will help you avoid procrastination when it comes to facing annoying or challenging tasks.
Another advantage of having only three main points on your list is that you can not only focus better on what’s important, but you also know that you are very highly likely to be done with the list sooner. That gives you a great sense of satisfaction and motivates you continue with the next three tasks the next day and beyond.
I’ve talked a lot about the benefits of meditation in my blog, my YouTube channel and on my social media platforms. The main thing I want to share here is — regardless if you call it ‘meditation’ or taking some ‘me time’ each morning to mentally scroll through your body, examine your emotions, ask yourself how you feel and what you need — is so therapeutic.
There are a number of guided mediations that I like, I often listen to the different Headspace packs on my computer or my phone, but I also really enjoy playing the 10 minute meditation that I created myself featuring pure Love Frequency 528 Hz Tone that is known for DNA repair and overall healing. I’ve saved it below in case you would like to try it.
I am also sharing my 60 min pure Love Frequency 528 Hz Tone that I initially created for myself to listen to before going to bed but ultimately decided to share it with my followers too. I recorded the tone myself with a real tuning 528 Hz fork. I listen to it almost every night before I go to bed and it does miracles for the quality of my sleep.
The notion of dreaming as a “planning tool” was really new to me but it’s such a powerful tool to go after what makes you happy and how you really want to live your life. Imagining how your perfect day unfolds each morning can really shape the course of events by how you respond to different situations, the people you meet and the conversations you’ll have.
So I can’t stress enough how important it is to focus on the positive, the good and what brings you joy. And have more and more of that each day. It works as a chain reaction – soon those around you will start responding more positively too!
I hope you enjoyed the three tips that I shared. Let me know in the comments below what are some of the things that are part of your morning ritual and whether you would like me to share some of the things that are featured in my evening before going to bed routine.
See you in my next post!
